10-15 Asparagus spears, stems trimmed
5 radishes, cut into 1/4 inch coins
3/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/4 cup of your favorite creamy dressing
Makes 1 cup dip
1. Drop raw asparagus into a pot of boiling water for one minute, then drain and immediately rinse in cold water to stop cooking. Place asparagus in refrigerator and chill.
2. Combine yogurt with dressing and mix well.
3. Serve the cold vegetables on a platter with the dip on the side.
Makes 1 cup dip. Nutrition per 1 tablespoon: calories 22, Total fat 1.4 grams Carbohydrate 1.7 grams, Fiber 0.
