Here is a very sweet topping that requires no cooking and is to be used in small amounts because it is very sweet. You will have leftover topping, cover and keep refrigerated, use within three to four days or freeze and use in small amounts as needed to satisfy a sweet tooth.
8 servings ( plus extra)
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup plain yogurt
Juice from one lemon about 1/4 cup
4 cups assorted fresh fruit ( apples, banana, grapes, mangoes, papaya, peaches, strawberries)
Blend the milk, yogurt and juice together. Chill until it is cold at least one hour. Divide the fruit into 8 serving dishes and top with 2 tbsp milk topping before serving.
Nutrition is for 1/2 cup of fruit with 2 tbsp of topping: calories 150, fat 2.7 g, saturated fat 1.5 g, cholesterol 9 mg, sodium 49 mg, carbohydrate 2S9.9 g, fiber 2.8 g, sugar 26.6 g, protein 2.8 g
