Poached Fruit
This recipe is for one piece of fruit but it can easily be doubled. Feel free to combine different types of fruit too. An apple poached with a pear or even fresh berries will be delicious. This is the type of dessert you should be serving and eating most often because it is so packed with nutrition and it is a very healthy way to satisfy a sweet tooth. Top the warm fruit with a dab of fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for a nice treat.
