Serves four
This is an easy, delicious and unusual way to serve fresh grapes

2 cups red or green grapes
2 teaspoons canola oil, vegetable oil or hazelnut oil
1 cup vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt

Cooking Instructions

Rinse the grapes and pat them dry with a paper towel. Place in a plastic bag add the oil and toss until each grape has a thin glaze of oil.
Place on an aluminum lined baking sheet. Broil 3 inches from broiler about five minutes or until grapes are hot and the skins split. Serve immediately, divide equally into four bowls and top with ice cream or yogurt.
