Refried beans
Cooking beans with onion and garlic makes them very flavorful, the title makes it sound as if they are very high in fat but they are not. Once prepared mix the refried
beans with cooked rice and serve as a main dish along with a vegetable salad or cooked corn or both. Refried beans are also used as the filling for bean burritos or the base of a bean taco.
