Ingredients

Select kiwi that is smooth, not shriveled and not mushy. Kiwi can be ripened faster in a paper bag.

Cooking Instructions

The skin is actually edible if scrubbed, though most of us prefer it peeled, or cut it in half, run a spoon between the skin and the fruit, and “scoop out” the kiwi. Use Kiwi in fruit salad.
