Ingredients

I love all oranges, especially navel and Valencia, which are the most popular varieties. Keep hard oranges at room temperature to ripen for two to three days, then refrigerate. They are a superb source of Vitamin C. It is much better to eat an orange than to drink an orange juice because the whole orange will fill you up more than the juice.

Cooking Instructions
