Fruit Salsa Cone Fruit Salsa Cone

Use any combination of three fruits and mix with a red onion and herbs for crunch and flavor. Serve this in an ice cream cone - just for fun!
Four servings
1 cup of any three fruits, peeled seeded and chopped
Honey dew melon, mango, oranges, pineapple, strawberries, blue berries cantaloupe, cherries, grapes, peaches, watermelon, apples, pears
2 tbsp finally chopped red onion
2-3 tbsp chopped cilantro or flat parsley
juice from 1 lemon or lime
4-8 ice cream cones*

Cooking Instructions

Toss all ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 minutes up to 8 hours to blend flavors then serve.
