Yogurt Avocado Dip: Date Added: 13 Sep 2010 Ingredients:


This is something like a guacamole but a much better source of calcium due to the addition of yogurt.
1 ripe avocado (about 1 cup mashed)
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
cup plain yogurt (low fat or whole milk)

Cooking Instructions:

Peel and mash the avocado with the lemon, Stir in the yogurt and blend until very smooth. Add more yogurt if you want to make it thinner.

Serve with: asparagus tips, green beans, pea pods, carrot sticks, zucchini wedges, or cucumber slices.
